Sometimes, our deepest fears and private thoughts we can share only with paper and pen. Words can help us to structure ideas, express feelings, and send secret messages between the lines.

Do you know the difference between active and passive listening? Can you hear your thoughts? Do you really listening to others and can you do it in a non-judgemental way? Sometimes listening is more important than talking!
